Over the past several years, Olio della Valle extra virgin olive oil has been recognized by experts as one of the very best extra virgin olive oils not only in Puglia, but all of Italy. Organizations and events such as NYIOOC, LODO, EVO IOOC (Milan, IT), Olio Nuovo Days (France), AIPO (Assiazone Italiana Produttori Oliviculi) and Gambero Rosso have awarded recognition and praise. Within the local Gargano region, three restaurants listed in the prestigious MICHELIN Guide are showcasing extra virgin olive oil from the Olio della Valle farm, a very high honor.
