Lino Olivieri and his family now operate the estate, which has been passed down through several generations. 2022/2023 Harvest
The 2022 harvest presented some unique challenges, as this past summer brought some of the warmest temperatures seen in a generation of olive growers. Thankfully, our location between the Adriatic Sea and the higher elevations of the Umbra Forest provided protection. Our unique position is another reason that Gargano sets itself apart from the rest of Puglia, which is largely unprotected further south of the mountains. Harvested from our native Ogliarola Garganica olives, this latest campaign will arrive in our online store in February 2023. You can see a more detailed quality report and description here.
Agriturismo (Farmhouse B&B)
In addition to world class extra virgin olive oil, OLIVIERI offers you the chance to experience a working olive farm first hand. During the summer months, Lino opens the doors to the farmhouse B&B, Agriturismo Colletta. Visitors can enjoy the serene beauty of the Gargano National Park while tasting many of the divine fruits of the land.
